In this safety training we will discuss the policies and practices pertaining to use of the Wet Lab Makerspace’s Cell Culture Room (EXP 223B), including working at Biosafety Level 2, use of the biosafety cabinet, cryo safety, gases, and the gas monitoring system. This training is required for anyone planning to use the Cell Culture Room for any reason.
This training is not an introduction to cell culture techniques, which can be learned in Mammalian Cell Culture: Foundational Skills.
