In this cell culture training, participants will be introduced to core skills for the cultivation of mammalian cells in the laboratory, including thawing, freezing, counting, and passaging cells.
Familiarity with using a micropipette is required. If you are unfamiliar with this instrument, we suggest you take our Basic Lab Skills Workshop. Completion of the Safety Intro to the Cell Culture Room is also required.
