Open hours

*Starting May 13th, our summer hours will be 11am to 5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you have any questions please email oak.woodmetal@northeastern.edu. Please register for open hour reservations using the link below. Users will need to have completed both a Safety Orientation, as well as the first Tool Training to register for Open Hours. No drop ins will be accepted*

During the semester we host open hours (almost) every day so that you can come in and make things. All you have to do is attend an orientation and wear appropriate clothing for the work you want to do (always close-toed shoes, crocs don’t count!). If you’d like to be trained on a specific piece of equipment, you can sign up for training or just bring your project in and ask someone for help!
