What is the Ceramics Studio ?!
A creative space where students can explore hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques with access to pottery tools through workshops and trainings. We will handle the kiln firings! The studio is located on the Oakland campus, in Aron Art Center Building C.
Orientations
Orientation is required before participating in any studio activity. It covers:
- Studio Safety
- Equipment Use and Clean Up
- Shared Community Values
Trainings
Access to the Ceramics Studio is granted through participation in a hosted workshop or tutorial.

We are CLOSED for the next two weeks (April 27th through May 13th).
*We will reopen on May 14th through August 13th with limited hours: Thursdays from 11am-5p.

We host workshops and tutorials throughout the semester so you can come in and make things. All you need to do is reserve a spot when schedule is available and wear appropriate clothing (always close-toed shoes!).
